Account deletion
Delete your Scently account
Users can request deletion of their Scently account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
In the app, users can go to Account/Profile, then Settings or Support, and request account deletion if that option is available.
Or email support@scentlyapp.com from the email address linked to your Scently account.
Verification and processing
We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting or anonymizing account data.
Other account data will be deleted or anonymized after verification and processing.
Records we may retain
We may need to retain limited records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, refund, order, or shipping obligations.
Completed orders, transaction records, support/dispute records, and legally required records may be retained for the required retention period.
